Daniel François Malan government and political career
Daniel François Malan was born in Riebeek Wes in 1874. He died in Stellenbosch in 1959.
He entered in the Stellenboch seminary to study to become a minister of the Dutch Reformed Church. He obtained a M.A in philosophy in the Victoria College. He then when to study to Utrecht in the Nederlands. When he returned to South Africa he became a minister of the Dutch Reformed Church.
